Jabari McDonald is a photographer and TV writer based in SoCal. After college, Jabari used his photography money to afford the gas to get to his unpaid Hollywood internships. Due to the current writers strike, he is returning to his roots to use photo money to afford the gas to get to the picket lines.

Jabari's photos have been featured in his own home and on the fireplace mantles of grandmothers across the country. He thinks it would be pretty neat if one of his photos ended up in a magazine, but nothing beats getting them as family holiday cards.

He is available for grad photos, portraits, family shoots, and proposals and engagements. He has retired from weddings and won’t be coming out of it (again).

He has an M.F.A. in Film from Columbia University, a B.A. in Film & Media Studies from UC Irvine, and Anxiety from his Amygdala.
